Shipping Policy – Mystic Roots Apothecary

Thank you for supporting Mystic Roots Apothecary. We handcraft and package each order with care and intention. Below you'll find details on our current shipping practices:

📦 Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. This allows time for ritual preparation, packing, and handling with the attention your items deserve. Custom or seasonal items may require additional time. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order has shipped.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery location. We ship using USPS and UPS with tracking provided for all domestic orders.

At this time, we only ship within the United States. If you are located outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, please contact us directly to inquire about options.

🌱 Live Plants Live plants are shipped early in the week (typically Monday–Wednesday) to prevent weekend delays and minimize stress on the plants. We carefully package each plant to ensure safe travel, but please open your package promptly upon arrival and give your plant a gentle welcome.

Live plants are non-returnable, but if your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and we will do our best to make it right.

🔮 Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please email us at saphrin.mystic.roots.apothecary@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the items and packaging.

Once your package has shipped, Mystic Roots Apothecary is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier—however, we’ll always work with you to find a compassionate and fair solution.

📬 Address Accuracy Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.
