๐ŸŒฟ All Sales Are Final Due to the ritual nature of our candles, bath soaks, herbs, and spiritual tools, all sales are final. This ensures that each item maintains its sacred energy and has not been handled or used by others.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We kindly ask that you provide:

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

๐ŸŒฑ Live Plants We do not accept returns on live plants due to their delicate and perishable nature. That said, we take great care in packaging. If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery and weโ€™ll work with you to find a resolution.

๐Ÿ”ฎ Custom Orders & Consultations Custom candles, herbal blends, spellwork, and consultations are created specifically for your needs. As a result, custom orders and services are non-refundable. If there was an error on our part, we will do our best to make it right.
